I've got say straight off that most death metal that focuses on overt technical ability bores the shit out of me. However, this Boston, MA band's ADD take on the genre has enough going on to actually hold my interest. Liberal amounts of Deadguy and Botch influence make this a fairly enjoyable and unexpected listen, as there's always something unexpected right around the corner, and it's raw enough that it doesn't sound stale.

This is another good demo that showcases a death metal band that isn't just following the normal "brutal" route, and has there own take on the genre. The playing is tight, when there's not a groove, there's some cool syncopated shit going on, and the vocals are varied but always in your face. Not really the old school death metal I usually listen to, but honestly, I dig it.
